Removed redundant tag

[edit]

It is stated clearly that the article is a stub. A stub doesn't claim perfection or high-quality. The tag at the beginning is redundant.Mohonu (talk) 08:09, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Putting the horse before the cart

[edit]

Precisely because there is Google there is no need to overwhelm the reader of Wikipedia articles with excess citations in the text. A simple google of "tuamotu-ahunui-pipi" would have led you (User:Otolemur crassicaudatus) to the German Wikipedia, among Wikipedias in many other languages. (The same thing applies for googling "ahunui-hao-commune") Regarding the Ahunui articles in those languages. I don't see such cramming of references in their articles. Only after googling and after ending up with a negative result should one conclude that it is original and/or unsourced and then add the tag.Mohonu (talk) 08:04, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
