Surname/Article Title: Eydelshteyn
[edit]So everywhere I'm looking nowadays, as I chronically follow the Oscars each year, I'm seeing his name continually utilizing the spelling of Eydelshteyn, as it was originally when he was acting in Russian films. These instances include digital media interviews, Oscar buzz journalism, film festival reporting, his own social media, and I believe I saw Neon's FYC for this film—but I'm not 100% on that last one, because I may be conflating that with a few other FYC ads from studios. Regardless, they've all been relatively unanimous.
My question here is this: Should his main article name be listed as Eydelshteyn, not Eidelstein then? I think it should reflect what the man/actor is opting to use, and thus far, all evidence points to the 'y':
