The citation style has nothing to do with the bloated citations filling the page with unnecessarily long or explanatory entries that are not even close to sub-titles. There needs to be some serious trimming to remove these bloated citations. Subtitles, typically denoted by a colon, might be sometimes longer but including content found under the citation title is not needed. Short necessary notes are one thing but including chapter excerpts or full blown multiple sentence paragraphs should be included in the article or, if deemed important, in a notes section.
