We need senior administrators or people who are long in Wikipedia to help us with the templates and for other further helps. Details can be seen in its talk page. IT's urgent. We want this wkiproject to be added to the exsisting WP:IND banner. Amartyabag TALK2ME 05:02, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:MAB-logo.png

[edit]

Image:MAB-logo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Seville Strategy

Seville Strategy

While mentioned at the source site and mentioned here, there is no WP article.

I can find no article on Michel Batisse, for whom the UNESCO biannual award is named.

Adding all Man and the Biosphere Programme reserves to Wikidata

[edit]

Hi all

I'm involved in adding all the Man and the Biosphere Programme reserves to Wikidata using Mix n' Match, I hope you can help import the entries for the sites. There are instructions of how to use Mix n' Match in Manual mode here. Creating this catalogue will make it much easier for people to see which articles relating to the programme are still needed in which languages.

Thanks

Open license descriptions of all UNESCO biosphere reserves is available

[edit]

Hi all

I'm very happy to say that UNESCO has made the official descriptions of all Biosphere Reserve sites available under a Wikipedia compatible license. Currently around 440 (out of 670) of the Biosphere Reserves do not have an English language Wikipedia article.

These descriptions can be used as the missing Wikipedia articles with very little adaption. I have created a Wikidata query and a set of instructions to help people create the missing articles.

http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/WikiProject_UNESCO/Create_Biosphere_Reserve_Wikipedia_articles_from_UNESCO_descriptions

If you like you can retweet my tweet about it as well https://twitter.com/mrjohnc/status/733623393233346560

Thanks very much to Navino Evans who did all the data importing into Wikidata (a herculean effort) and Andy Mabbett for helping me with the instructions.

Cheers
