M-40 used to go further into Holland to River Ave. Anyone remember when or why MDOT relenquished control? My hunch was budget reasons. It was before Business 31/196 was turned back. That reaspn was on street parking. Dwp49423 00:35, 22 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
