- It is reasonably well written.
- a (prose): b (MoS):
- See some use of future tense in the route description, this should be updated since the highway is now open.
- "Several other homes were moved from the path of the road as well", were the homes moved to another location or demolished? If the latter, I would change "moved" to "removed".
- a (prose): b (MoS):
- It is factually accurate and verifiable.
- a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
- a (references): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
- It is broad in its coverage.
- a (major aspects): b (focused):
- "Recent developments in MDOT schedules had construction starting on the Grand River bridge after federal approval was secured with the remainder of the project deferred until additional funding is in place.", when did construction actually start?
- The history jumps from 2013 to 2015 in discussing the construction. Any developments that took place in 2014?
- Do we really need a "Funding" subsection in the history? The section is awfully short. I would incorporate the funding information elsewhere in the history in chronological order.
- "The total cost of the project was expected to be near $150 million", what was the actual cost now that it is completed?
- Does the bridge over the Grand River really need to be mentioned in the Major intersections table given that it doesn't have an article or an official name?
- a (major aspects): b (focused):
- It follows the neutral point of view policy.

- It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
- a (images are tagged and non-free images have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
- An image of the road would be nice, but understanding it just opened today can't be too hard on that.

- Overall:
- Pass/Fail:
I will place the article on hold for a few fixes to be made. Dough4872 02:09, 31 October 2015 (UTC)
- Fixes applied:
- Tenses should be fixed (should have been before the review opened), but if I missed anything still, could you just tweak it or ping me?
- Clarified that it was apparently just the one house, but as the headline from the source says, it was moved.
- From the article already: "Construction on the roadway started on March 28, 2011, with the demolition of three homes in Robinson Township."
- Not much happened in 2014 that was worth noting that I could find in news articles.
- Moved it up into chronological position.
- WOOD-TV published an article just a few hours ago that lists the price tag at $180 million. I've added that, and i'll probably add a few other details from that article related to the impact M-231 will have on fire departments in the area.
- Since the bridge is one of the biggest reasons this highway was built, yes, I think it warrants inclusion. Knowing Michigan politicians, I'm surprised they didn't name it after someone already. (Maybe they were just waiting for it to open first.)
