Too Much Jargon

[edit]

I don't know how to do that nifty template-thingy that one can place at the top of a medical/scientific article that states it's all in medicalese & that it needs to be understandable to the layman, but...yeah.

I know it's a stub, but I don't know which link to click to find out more information, since the 3 choices given might as well be written in Swahili. Someone suggested that a painful bulging my partner has could be a "lumbar node", so I dutifully did a search & came here for more info, perhaps a picture of the region to see if we're even on the right track. The images available give no real frame of reference & again, there's no frame of reference on the suggested links - what part of the body do they refer to, etc?

I appreciate that someone took the time to add this information to Wikipedia; I'm just really hoping that someone else who understands what's actually written here can make it understandable to the general populous. *blush* Thanks!! Kailey elise (talk) 16:22, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
