Alkaloid

I think that it'd be useful (esp. for non-scientist readers) to define "alkaloid" in some manner. I realize that one can not wikilink alkaloid in the lead sentence, given that it is part of the article's title. How about adding in the 4th sentence: "Lolines are alkaloids, organic compounds containing basic nitrogen atoms. They are chemically defined by ..." Hello NinetyNineFennelSeeds. Thanks for the suggestion—I've made the change accordingly. The definition of "alkaloid" in itself is bit of a thorny issue (as one can glean from the alkaloid talk page), but linking it this way seems the way to go. Many thanks!
