Inclusion in Wikipedia
[edit]Youngblood is a leader in the field of neurosurgery, and has performed neurosurgery on several renowned professional wrestlers, including former WWE Champions Steve Austin and Edge. Patiwat 20:38, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- That's what it says in the article, could you please provide justification for this?--Whstchy 20:40, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- That's what it says in the references. Patiwat 20:47, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, but how is it notable? I would like to know please. Whstchy 20:49, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- Neck injuries are very common in professional wrestling. The fact that Youngblood did neck surgery on so many leading professional wrestlers helps attest to the fact that he is a leader in his field. Leadership in a specific field should satisfy the criteria for inclusion in Wikipedia. Patiwat 21:03, 19 May 2007 (UTC)
- I'm curious as to how that proves he's a leader in his field. Also, I had to remove one of the links as it was blacklisted. Whstchy 21:17, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

Outside of wrestling
[edit]There is mention of work with Parkinson's patients, but this article is really all about the wrestlers. I'll point out that Dr. Frank Jobe, who is more notable by far, merely redirects to Tommy John surgery. DarkAudit 19:31, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
