Translation

There are a few questions I have so far about the translation:

In the first table, columns 4 (Дата решения суда) and 5 (Дата определения суда) were both translated as "Date of court decision". I'm not sure what the difference between a "решения суда" and an "определения суда" is; I translated them instead as resolution and decision, respectively.
Several of the tables have a Reason for registration (Основание внесения) column, but the column data appears to be dates in the DD.MM.YYYY format. Do you know if those aren't dates but in fact codes? Or is the column translation inaccurate?
