Calibanu, the power crisis wasn't strictly speaking Les Mills or the councils problem. That would have been more int he domain of the then Auckland Electric Power Board (AEPB), now replaced by the AECT. I have amended it accordingly to note that this was event was the responsibility of the then power board.

Les did not develop the 'body training systems'. It was in fact his Son, Phillip Mills. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.90.85.187 (talk) 09:44, 25 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Searching for a contact point for Les

[edit]

Les and I were team mates at Foothill Junior College in the Bay Area in 1963. I will be visiting New Zealand in 2014 and would like to stop by and visit. I am seeking an e mail or snail mail address. Of little significance to his Biography, but fun for me, is that in order to improve his performances he traveled to the US to be coached by Vern Wolfe who had had success with Dallas Long while in high school. While Les was at Foothill, Vern was selected coach at USC and Les followed him there in 1984.
