Citations
[edit]The citations are inline. Each of the ones I have added show a photograph of a tram or tram infrastructure in the locale stated. Mtaylor848 (talk)
Track gauge
[edit]I have removed the track gauges from this article as they contradicted each other and both were unsourced.
The track in the photograph appears to be about standard (4'8.5"), but given the conflict I'd rather find a proper source for this.--QuantumEngineer (talk) 10:28, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
- I think I once read somewhere that Leeds and Bradford trams had two different gauges. The trams on the Leeds-Bradford route where multiple-gauge and switched mid route (in Pudsey?). Can anybody substantiated this?
- I am old enough to remember (just) travelling by trams in Leeds when I visited my Grandparents, and being disappointed when they disappeared. TiffaF (talk) 08:58, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
Rename article?
[edit]Perhaps this article should be renamed Leeds Corporation Tramways or Leeds City Tramways? Most other tramway pages follow this naming convention, e.g. Birmingham Corporation Tramways.Andrewrabbott (talk) 12:38, 23 April 2012 (UTC)
