Mortality

[edit]

SaturnineSeven, I reverted your addition of mortality studies here. This content would need be backed by some secondary sources (e.g. meta analysis, textbook, book etc) to justify the inclusion of the content as is required. See WP:SECONDARY and WP:WEIGHT. Articles are based upon independent secondary/tertiary sources. The primary source studies can be linked alongside them. Keep in mind that majority of the homosexual sources specifically refer to 'life expectancy', the topic of the article, whereas these studies did not. Ideally you want sources that discuss life expectancy per WP:OFFTOPIC and WP:SYNTH. Although mortality is a related metric, probably best to use it sparingly unless we want to rename the page "LGBT life expectancy and mortality" – which I would not be opposed to. Furthermore, WP:STICKTOSOURCE. Calling transwomen "trans-identifying males" is inappropriate (WP:UNCIVIL), nor is it mentioned in the sources. Zenomonoz (talk) 23:05, 27 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
