Infobox parameter for status

@186.88.45.63: The status field can have one of four statuses: Under construction, Operating, Closed, and Removed. Clearly in this case, since the attraction no longer exists, the status is Removed. Closed is an indefinite status, per our discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Amusement Parks/Archive 3#Status fields in attraction articles, and should only be used when the attraction still exists.
