Formation of the page
[edit]Since not all Kona cyclones are subtropical according to the present definition of subtropical cyclone, a different page is warranted for this type of system. Thegreatdr 15:17, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
Kona storm
[edit]Kona storm may be a candidate for merge action. —Viriditas | Talk 12:45, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
I agree, "Kona low" might be the technical term, but on the islands it is usually called a Kona storm. This article is not on the Kona disambig page, so I vote to have the article called "Kona storm" and merge this technical info into that one. W Nowicki (talk) 18:59, 29 March 2009 (UTC)
Merge was done. W Nowicki (talk) 19:28, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
