Total Income

I just removed the references to 'gross total income' and 'worldwide net total income' from the current edit of the page. You can't deduce a movie's income from tallying box office and home video sales gross. Studios receive a different cut depending on distribution deals, the global region, and the week of release. The remaining proceeds are split between various parties such as the cinemas themselves. Similarly, you can't subtract the budget and call it 'net total income'.
