The name Kalkhoven

Hello there,

When I came to the article of Cosworth, I saw that Kevin Kalkhoven is now the boss at Cosworth. My first thought was "Hey, a Dutchman!" but I was completely wrong. Or wasn't I? I'm curious, is his father (and/or mother) Dutch? Or his grand parents? I'd find it lovely to hear from one of you.

Looks like Sage Karam's crew member behind him wearing the Gas Monkey Garage suit so 2016 is possible if not likely
