If you could take a look at the links in the External media templates, there are several that seem like they might meet public domain guidelines, but I don't have a good grasp on UK copyright law. There's one from 1776, but I am not sure when it was first published. There is another image of the Grant house that was built in the late 1870s and destroyed, I think by 1883 - so it would have been published in the late 1800s.
