PROD

[edit]

I've PROD'ded this due to lack of sources and therefore dubious notability. (I chose not to notify the creator, as I can't tell who the creator actually is — see article history!) I've also added project assessment templates, hoping that someone who knows more about cricket and/or Pakistan can come and take a look. If either of those helps to eventually establish notability, great. --DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:41, 3 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Multiple Kashmir Premier League played across world

[edit]

Kashmir Premier League is the original name of tournament played on Indian adminstered Kashmir. Pakistan has its own version coming up this year from May 2021. It has nothing to do with "Jammu and Kashmir is classed as disputed under UN security council resolutions 98, 91, 96, 80, 47, 38, 39, 51, 122, 123, 126, 307 and international law and on the official UN maps: https://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographic/map/profile/kashmir.pdf https://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographic/map/profile/SouthAsia.pdf https://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographi.." Tournament name is what it is : Kashmir Premier League may also refer to:

After, Pakistan KPL has a wiki page/article, this page will be Disambiguation page, as already more than one Kashmir Premier League is there

Please don't delete this page

[edit]

Please don't delete this page. Madhusmitabishoi is right the Kashmiris do have clubs around the world. Millions of Kashmiris live around the world https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-17156238 and British Kashmiri cricketers like Moeen Ali http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Moeen_Ali and Adil Usman Rashid http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Adil_Rashid also play for the England Cricket Team. But https://kpl20.com/ is the biggest with millions of supporters around the world. Kashmiri teams from around the world are signing up to the https://kpl20.com/ and their teams from around the world are already involved in this. Teams from the UK are also involved https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zj8w9P2K2g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mITgwzGT1bw Many Kashmiri is Saudi Arabia and the UAE are from Rawalakot, Kotli, Mirpur, Muzaffarabad and will be playing for Rawalakot Hawks, Kotli Panthers, Mirpur Royals, Muzaffarabad Tigers and Overseas Warriors. More and more teams are signing up. Therefore this page is needed.

The issue is that on the official UN maps for Jammu and Kashmir: https://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographic/map/profile/kashmir.pdf https://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographic/map/profile/SouthAsia.pdf https://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographic/map/profile/world.pdf And UN forces in Jammu and Kashmir UNMOGIP map for Kashmir https://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographic/map/dpko/UNMOGIP.pdf India, Pakistan and China are officially outside Jammu and Kashmir. Therefore all the official UN reports for Jammu And Kashmir https://www.ohchr.org/Documents/Countries/IN/KashmirUpdateReport_8July2019.pdf and all the official maps even from media outlets like the BBC https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-17156238 and governments around the world call this area by its official name of Pakistan Administered Kashmir and Indian Administered Kashmir

We could also have links to these leagues Kashmir Premier League (Pakistan Administered Kashmir), upcoming 6-team Twenty20 cricket league in Azad Kashmir in Pakistan. Kashmir Premier League (Indian Administered Kashmir), 14-team Twenty20 cricket league contested in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir in India. Kashmir Premier League (Saudi Arabia), 6-team Twenty20 cricket league started by Non Resident Kashmiris (NRKs) in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia.[1][2] Kashmir Super League (UAE), multi-team Twenty20 cricket league started by Non Resident Kashmiris (NRKs) in Abu Dhabi , Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
