Yes this article seems to be the last reported source dated 27 Dec similar to the existing sources (Hindustan times - 27 Dec and Business standard - 13 Dec). Pinkvilla seem to have deducted the 3D charges when reporting the gross number here.

Sorry I do not understand what the discussion is about now but I will say that this link you shared dated Nov 18, 2024, says Including 3D charges, the Tamil Nadu box office gross is Rs. 27 crore and Rs. 63 crore nationwide. For some reason, Pinkvilla usually report the numbers of 3D films in India after excluding the 3D charges, although 3D should be included in a film's box office gross.

This can be seen in the case of another 3D film Kalki:

where they have clearly mentioned the numbers with and without 3D.

For Kanguva though, they have not mentioned the lifetime worldwide gross numbers when 3D is included.

Do the other sources with 106 gross figure mention inclusion of 3D? I do not see it. Pinkvilla gives both including 3D gross figures (usually at the bottom of the page if any) and excluding figures and very minor number of theatres only have 2 or less screen for 3D viewing and that too for only very selective films like Kalki. This source on the page gives the exact same number given here. The source in question (Pinkvilla) excludes 3D earnings for 3D films by practice. The other sources on the page (the ones with 106 gross figure) are not known for such practices. When Pinkvilla have not specified anything, you can argue that nothing is mentioned about inclusion or exclusion of 3D. However, you cannot say for certain that this number they have given (96 crore) includes 3D.

How do you know if other sources are not known for such practices? Have they written somewhere that you can show? Have any of them mention 3d or non 3d figures? And how do you know the Pinkvilla source with Kanguva boxoffice figure does not include 3D? When clearly Pinkvilla at the bottom of the page will make any such clear mention like it did in the case of Kalki. We can not just place ideas. We have to go by figures given in sources.
