While Juninho is a professional player with a somewhat known career, Tulio is unknown and would not warrant a seperate article.

Surely every player who played for a club, even the most minor youth player, is part of the history of a club. This doesn't make them notable. If Tulio "would not warrant a seperate article", then you are admitting he isn't notable. GiantSnowman17:52, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
