I've noticed that on Feb 2017, an article Hatnote dated October 2016 was added to this article, saying the "article needs additional citations for verification." Aside from the date being wrong, I find the edit strange. While the article is short, every statement in it is supported by a Reliable Source. Will someone please explain why the tag is there?
