[edit]This article is on the same subject as Josh Wolf (blogger) and there has been an arguement on whether attaching or omitting disputed job titles is POV. The use of this page's title which is just his full name, and one he has used in court documents would resolve such a question. The other page has more information.
- No, he is much better known as "Josh" - 290,000 google hits to 14,000 - I would agree to redirect this page to Josh Wolf (blogger) and be sure all information here is moved there. The other page does have a lot more. Tvoz | talk 20:04, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
In his own court documents he uses his full name Joshua Wolf -
- Irrelevant. The correct version of his name has been made available in the appropriate article, this one should be deleted. RigelOrionis 05:41, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
- I agree with RigelOrionis completely. Of course "Joshua" is on court documents. It's his full name. It's likely on his driver's license and bank account too. They have Joshua Wolf in bold in the first line of the Josh Wolf (blogger) article, appropriately. But he is known as Josh Wolf. As long as there is a clear redirect for anyone who uses one or the other, this is not a big deal. But more people will look for him as "Josh Wolf" and find the dab page, and get to the article so that should be the article name. It's not POV to call him a blogger - it's disambiguation. See the google data above, which is generally taken into consideration when determining article names. See the Howard Kurtz Washington Post article, many blog posts such as this and this - to name just three things from this week. Let's get on with it - this is a silly argument. The other article is more comprehensive and this one should merge into that one. Tvoz | talk 05:49, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
- But I just looked over there - the main page is actually named Josh Wolf (journalist) which I think does make the most sense as the page name, with blogger as a redirect there. So this page should redirect to Josh Wolf (journalist) to avoid unnecessary double redirect. Tvoz | talk 06:31, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
ALl material from here has been incorporated into the much larger article at [[Josh Wolf (journalist}]], so I am redirecting this article there. Fine tuning can be done afterward. Tvoz | talk 06:41, 12 March 2007 (UTC)
