Rewrote the text of the stub to adopt a neutral point of view. Still not much text, but since this is a developing issue, an extensive discussion would only have to be constantly updated, anyway. Added a link to a Los Angeles Times article with much more extensive discussion (couldn't copy it into this article because it is copyrighted).

"eaawatch" site author

Thanks to everyone for providing the article on J. Mangan. I was wondering if anyone could confirm if any of the eaawatch sites (eaawatch.net, eaawatch.com, eaawatch.org) were in-fact produced by Mangan himself.
