I added a section under Personal Life about his comments regarding the Klitschko brothers. I also added a line on Joe Rogan's rebuttal to Jones' desire to one day fight a Klitschko. I believe the references are solid (mostly MMA Mania and SBNation). I welcome any polishing that can be done to it. QOlivieri 19:43 26 September 2013 (UTC)
Fighting for Christ doesn’t automatically make jon jones Christian
I don't see how fighting for christ makes jon jones christian especially since Jesus Christ is a very important prophet in islam and Muslims would fight for him. Also the source for him being christian is outdated. I request for it to be removed Quirk1 (talk) 07:11, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I second this. In his most recent fight against Stipe Miocic, he thanks Jesus Christ and says he is a Christian. His shorts have “Philippians 4:13” written on it, and he has a chest tattoo with the same verse. I do not know how to cite this because the fight just finished. 99.232.138.50 (talk) 06:33, 17 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Quirk1 This is no space for discussing the topic itself, it is not a forum. And even if he didn't said he is a Christian, "I fight for Christ" would be enough unless you don't have more than 2 brain cells. 177.36.190.40 (talk) 03:00, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
