"Alibis" section Should be given header "Criticisms Of" or something similar, with criticisms attributed to prominent scholars and intellectuals (such as Dirks). Erroneous Quote and publishers date?

In 'The Expansion of England: Two Courses of Lectures'. The 'famous quote' is not Seeley having said "The British Empire was acquired in a fit of absence of mind" it is "We seem, as it were, to have conquered and peopled half the world in a fit of absence of mind.".

The publisher date given should read 1891 by MacMillan & Co. in 1891.
