day of birth
[edit]I found no reliable source for any birthdate, so I removed it entirely. Please don't readd it without a reliable source to back it up. --Amalthea 09:55, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
I know his real birthdate since I'm his grandson — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jackd1234567 (talk • contribs) 20:06, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
No real information in my contribution but I thought I would add a story. When I was a very young kid in 1968 we lived in an apartment building on the West Side of NYC, West End Avenue to be precise. My father became friends with Mr. Fowler who was another tenant in the building. Well, one day Jim calls up my dad and says "hey, bring your kid up for a visit. I have a jaguar and falcon in my apartment." My dad's very typical response was "how did you get two cars into your apartment?". Somewhere I have a picture of me petting a black jaguar with the falcon in the background. Mr. Fowler had them there in preparation for an appearance on the Tonight Show. This early childhood memory probably has a lot to do with my caring for all things animal. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.103.254.255 (talk) 10:43, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
Werewolves of London
[edit]the song contains the line: "You better stay from him/he'll rip your lungs out, Jim!"
is the afore-mentioned "Jim" just a random short name used to complete the lyrics, or is it a reference to Fowler? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.178.227.161 (talk) 17:34, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
