I am moving this content here so it can be discussed. I am currently not sure that this should be included on the page. Although there is a Source for this legal case, I'm not sure that the existence of a case alone is enough to include it, since anyone can bring a legal case against someone which may or may not end up being prosecuted. Since I couldn't find any news coverage of this case it seems it may not be notable enough to include.

This is the section in question:

==Controversy==

In February 2016 an employee of the Albright-knox art gallery filed a complaint for racial discrimination and retaliation against Janne Siren and several management officials of the institution with the NYDHR and the EEOC. The employee claimed that Siren discriminated, intimidated and ultimately retaliated against him my demoting and firing him after he got harassed and assaulted at work by a white employee and her boyfriend.

After the employee initially got a probable cause from the NYDHR, he moved the case to a Federal court by filing $ 1 million suit against Siren and three defendant in October 2017. The matter is still pending federal jury trial in the Western district of New York Federal court.

Would appreciate input from someone experienced with covering legal cases. LynxTufts (talk) 13:59, 16 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

-The whole controversies section is a violation of BLP and appears to be derogatory to the article subject. Its also lacking sources. Fusion2186 (talk) 20:02, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

-The Controversies section was again added to the page. I deleted it because it is a violation of BLP and includes unsourced derogatory information. It looks like the same user, Elija2018, keeps adding the section despite our objections. - Jvalente0101 1 October 2018
