I decline the speedy deletion of this article. It is not obvious from the content, or lack of it, that the subject is not notable. Indeed if what is written is to be believed then she would probably be notable. Feel free to pursue other avenues of deletion if you really believe that this is not a suitable subject for Wikipedia.
