Portrait added

Note that I have added, from Commons, a portrait of James Turner Morehead. There are 2 sources which identify the image as "James Turner Morehead III, 1840- 1908". Elsewhere in WP, this same image has been added to the page for James Turner Morehead (North Carolina politician) in error. See [1]. Also, at [2] the portrait is dated to 1872, when this JTM would have been 32 years old. JTM, NC politician, would have been 73 years old in 1872, and died in 1873, so this cannot have been his portrait anyway.
