[edit]I have deleted from his article links to recipients of the Albert Medal (lifesaving), English personnel killed in action and Egyptian personnel killed in action. The respective reasons being that the lifesaving medal he received in 1884 was not the Albert Medal, which would entitle him to the post-nominal initials A.M., but the Bronze Medal of the Royal Humane Society, and that cause of his death, as explained by his sketch in Keith Warsop's book "The Early FA Cup Finals and the Southern Amateurs" (2004), was blood poisoning and kidney failure after being ill with pneumonia for 7 weeks after catching a cold while playing golf. He was also at time of his death no longer in the army but, since 1890, an officer with the civilian Egyptian Coastguard Service.217.39.70.132 (talk) 21:59, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
