For some reason the comment didn't record on my edit. I changed University of Cincinnati Law School back to Cincinnati Law School, redirecting to University of Cincinnati. The name is the proper one. The U of C wasn't founded until 1870 and then absorbed several existing institutions, including the Cincinnati Law School. -- Decumanus 18:33, 2004 Nov 30 (UTC)

How come he had so little success in his home state in 1892?

[edit]

Weaver won neighboring Kansas, including most of the counties directly bordering Iowa, but didn't win even one county in his home state Iowa. How come? Please add this info if you have it. -- 77.7.152.171 (talk) 16:34, 22 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Failure for success

[edit]

Definitely, the character portrayed by weaver was great. He believed in trying and success. WAKAYANGE (talk) 15:17, 10 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reference

[edit]

I was in the Wikipedia library and in Ancestry his death date is February 12th, not February 6th. The reference that I got it from doesn’t work for me: http://www-ancestryinstitution-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/facts?_phcmd=u(%27http://www-ancestryinstitution-com.wikipedialibrary.idm.oclc.org/search/ --Misc Practice (talk | contributions) 19:54, 10 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
