Children
[edit]Several, otherwise reliable sources, refer to Grubman as having twin daughters but note that in the memo underlying that reporting and the subsequent scandal, Grubman says that his children are, "are currently 2 years, 5 months-old, boy and girl twins" Given this inconsistency and since the sex of the children is immaterial to this article, I support ToBeFree's edits to excise such detail. - Thank you very much for analyzing this, Abecedare! I'd be fine with anyone restoring the content removed in Special:Diff/1094290305 as "He is married and has two children", with the original citation. The edit linked by you was more reasonably limited to the actual disputed content. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:48, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
- I don't see any point in restoring Special:Diff/1094290305, since the info about the children is redundant and the info about the marriage is both trivial and outdated (we don't know the current marital status and saying something like "he was married as of 2010" sounds unintentionally pointed). If someone digs up an appropriate source, a statement like "Grubman married X in YYYY" would be fine. Abecedare (talk) 19:56, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
