The article says, "KAR-65 was built using Polish germane transistors TG-40 ". I know nothing about this, but the linked article on germane says it is a gas at room temperature. Do they mean germanium? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 23.28.151.23 (talk) 01:31, 26 September 2024 (UTC)

Germane is a gas
[edit]The article says, "KAR-65 was built using Polish germane transistors TG-40". The linked article on germane says it's a gas at room temperature. Do they mean germanium? I know nothing about this. The statement seems unlikely. 23.28.151.23 (talk) 01:37, 26 September 2024 (UTC)
