Multiple Issues

[edit]

Article reads more like a demonizing story of Arthur Patterson rather than a recount of facts. Why only include information about the alleged perpetrator? I'm calling the usage of the "Template:Infobox criminal" into question as no murder conviction has been handed out. Location information missing, victim information missing, etc...

Needs MoS overhaul due to it being an almost direct translation from the Korean Language version of the article.

Article contains many statements with no citations, almost the entire "Controversies of murder" section is without citation and what is cited isn't even a matter of controversy.

NPOV: The statement regarding SOFA absolutely needs factual citation as this is the battle cry of numerous Anti-American NGO's/DPRK Sympathizers in South Korea.

SBS and MBC used as primary sources, both are media outlets with sensationalistic approaches to reporting any foreigner-related stories, an example: http://busanhaps.com/article/mbc-under-fire-racially-charged-video Sources without this type of track record would be preferred.

External link to "United States Forces Korea Crime Eradication Campaign Headquarters" should be removed as this site provides no further information on the subject than what's been linked to several times already and that organization has a clear agenda that is outside the scope of this article.

Information about this crime can be presented in a factual and unbiased manner without all the Anti-American junk. Possibly a nomination for deletion if this article isn't rescued from the sorry state it is in. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 144.59.12.226 (talk) 03:40, 5 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
