Problem with lede
[edit]A substantial portion of the lede paragraph in Insight (TV series) appears to be copied directly from http://www.paulistproductions.org/prod_insight.html without quotation marks or credit to the source. This needs to be reworded as soon as possible. - Dravecky (talk) 06:25, 1 August 2010 (UTC)
Delbert Mann attribution
[edit]I question the necessity of applying the "Films directed by Delbert Mann" template to this article when he is just one of the many, many, many directors who worked on the program, and when he directed only one of the 250 episodes. The same logic could be used to add the template of every director with an article in Wikipedia who ever worked on the show. The result would be an array of templates longer than the article itself. 12.233.146.130 (talk) 21:44, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
- Agree with the anonymous user above; templates should be clearly and directly related to the article topic. I'm deleting the Delbert Mann template. --SteveMcCluskey (talk) 22:27, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
External Links: Correction of URL link to The Official Insight Channel on YouTube
[edit]On August 11th 2024, a casual look at the External Links section of the article page revealed that the then-current URL link to the official Insight Channel on YouTube was not functioning properly. The reason was that since the moment when this particular link was added, YouTube made changes to the channel URL framework. An @ symbol now goes before the channel name -- example @SomeChannelOnYouTube -- and, as a result, the long-standing Wikipedia coding method for Youtube links no longer works because of the addition of the @ symbol.
So, by necessity, the URL link to the Insight Channel on YouTube had to be completely re-coded in order to allow for the @ symbol. This in turn allows for the link to function correctly.
