Notability

I was unable to find much coverage of this composer in books, magazines or online independent review websites. There is no article about the film Jacob, and he doesn't appear to be mentioned in reviews of the other films listed in the article. Perhaps the best action would be to create an article about the film Jacob (there are reviews, most of which don't mention Kelso:[1], [2], [3]), add the information about Kelso and the award to that page, and then redirect this article title to that page until Mr. Kelso is written about extensively by critics and journalists.
