I have created this page on behalf of my client, IEEE Life Sciences. A COI was declared previously on my user page but I wanted to add it here, as well. I have tried to adhere to Wikipedia's NPOV and other policies as much as possible. Any mistakes or non-conformance to these policies was unintentional and insight / advice from the Wikipedia editing community is warmly welcomed.
