Other meaning?
[edit]I thought "hyperpredation" meant killing prey when the predator isn't hungry, mentioned (as I recall) in reference to cats, both outdoor pets and feral cats. But I can't find anything on the phenomenon, under any name. Is that another meaning, or is there another word for it? --Dan Wylie-Sears 2 (talk) 05:14, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
