Real Life Santa-Themed Deer Shooting

[edit]

I am watching this video that states, around 14 minutes in, that in the "Santa's Land" theme park in Vermont, some "lazy" hunters shot some of the captive "reindeer" in the petting zoo. If this is real, it's uncanny and might be a source of inspiration, but a Wikipedia article obviously requires both an article that this really happened and an article linking it to the episode in some capacity, and I have neither. I just thought I would leave this notice here for other wikipedians as a little note of curiosity. --Laikedits (talk) 03:57, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

FA notes

[edit]

Looking at this as part of WP:URFA/2020. Marking this as satisfactory, but noting for Bilorv, who recently reworked this, that AskMen is probably not a high-quality RS per its WP:RSP entry. Hog Farm Talk 18:58, 20 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Hog Farm: removed. I gave it the benefit of the doubt before but I did think it was borderline, but now the overall source is being questioned, I can't find any background on the author and it's not adding much to the article anyway. — Bilorv (talk) 21:45, 20 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
