reference to frederick goodall

[edit]

The article says that La Thangue met Stanhope Forbes and Frederick Goodall at Dulwich. In fact the Frederick Goodall to which the cross reference sends you was born in 1822 and so was not a contemporary of La Thangue. It is much more likely that it means the less well-known painter Thomas F(rederick) Goodall who was born in Anerley in about 1856 and was living as a 14-year-old in Camberwell in 1871. But I don't know for sure whether Thomas Goodall was at school at Dulwich. Claphm (talk) 17:13, 1 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
