Rename to clarify This threat is just for spacecraft occupants, not for airplane occupants
[edit]Maybe name it Heath threat in space from cosmic rays ? Might start with a hatnote to clarify. - Rod57 (talk) 15:05, 22 August 2020 (UTC)
- Galactic cosmic rays are only present in space, so it's implied that it's not for regular airline occupants.

Formal request has been received to merge: Health threat from cosmic rays into Effects of ionizing radiation in spaceflight; dated: 16 July 2022. Proposer's Rationale: Both are talking about the same thing, though I'm not exactly sure what the destination page should be named. CactiStaccingCrane (talk) 07:56, 16 July 2022 (UTC). Discuss here. GenQuest "scribble" 04:41, 20 July 2022 (UTC)
- There is no objection expressed to the merge, so proposer, CactiStaccingCrane, should consider merging per normal BOLD channel. GenQuest "scribble" 07:03, 20 August 2022 (UTC)
- Alright, I will do it later in the day. CactiStaccingCrane (talk) 07:07, 20 August 2022 (UTC)
