I encourage you to improve this article. Please fix a few errors. For example, under Historical Perspective/Post-Coal Economy, it says that American Coal bought Kerr McGee. This is not true. Anadarko Petroleum bought Kerr McGee. Maybe American Coal bought the coal mine, I don't know.

Also, are the neighborhoods a complete list? If not, it should specify that neighborhoods include these...
