So why is he categorized as a dissident with all those books allowed to be published, etc...

Because he only dare to call the government, dares to separate a government official. You know the Communist Party for sb to criticize their pretend to be ignorant of sth., but once you go to criticize the commies any official will be in trouble, all of his published books have criticized the government. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 帝师 (talk • contribs) 15:43, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
- I don't know whether it's accurate, but it's clearly not mentioned in the article, so I've removed the category. – Smyth\talk 14:21, 16 June 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Why is this artice liked to Li Ao and Sisy Chen? I see that both are also intellectuals, Li Ao used to be a dissident, but what is the concrete reason fr this??? ++--84.73.123.149 (talk) 15:01, 1 January 2013 (UTC)--++
- I don't know why. Maybe the readers think Han Han and Li Ao are the same kind of person who dare to call the government. By the way, Han Han once had an controversy with Li Ao and Sisy Chen.Mmmvidyahoo (talk) 01:47, 9 January 2013 (UTC)
He is not the most popular blogger anymore
[edit]The cited information of him being most popular is from 2010 or earlier, but Han Han has not the most popular blogger in China for a while. During a TED seminar in Oct 2011, the invited speaker Yang Lan said the most popular blogger in China is Yao Chen, a famous actress in China. She had 9.5 millions followers. Furthermore, the old information of popularity ranking was based on number of visits (clicks). Now the ranking is slowly moving over to counting the number of followers, which feels somewhat more reliable. He is still popular, but we should remove the part that crowns him as the "most popular" blogger in China and the world, because that piece of information is outdated and highly subjective. 178.198.73.244 (talk) 10:07, 8 January 2013 (UTC)
- Han Han is the most popular blogger, Yao Chen is the most popular micro-blogger. This is different.Mmmvidyahoo (talk) 01:47, 9 January 2013 (UTC)
