Pylon of unknown function

What is the exact function of the pylon of HVDC Volgograd-Donbass at 48°43′25″N 38°51′25″E / 48.72361°N 38.85694°E / 48.72361; 38.85694?

I mean its function is to make possible crossing with other powerline!
