Critique an article (POLSC 110)

The article used correct citations and reliable sources. I believe that there are several pieces of information that can be added to the article. For example, the article mentions that there was two bridges built before the current bridge, but does not mention why the two bridges were reconstructed in the first place. In addition, the article fails to mention how they found out that the contractor hired was incompetent. Alksdjrae (talk) 23:36, 15 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
