The widely-recognized official English name should be included in the article. The proposed title also corresponds to its official Chinese name. Chinese and English are different languages with different word order; English translations don't necessarily use the same word order as the Chinese original, and vice versa. —Mx. Support. The proposed title is what's used on the institute's website[1]. Most of the reliable sources I can find seem to call it "Georgia Tech Shenzhen Institute"[2][3], which might also be a reasonable title for the article.
