I uploaded the photo of George Hawkins to Wikimedia a few weeks ago. I was given permission by the photographer (Ted Coyle) which I emailed to the email address given on wikimedia. The photo appeared on George Hawkins' wiki page for awhile and now it does not appear. I was given permission to use this photo by the photographer. It has also published in an Annual Report so is in the public domain. Kindly let me know what else I should be doing to get this photo to reappear on George Hawkins (lawyer)'s wiki page. Thanks!
