Merger proposed (Electric 49)

The result was Merge, bz silent consensus. --B. Wolterding 08:32, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I propose to merge the content of Electric 49 into here, since the notability of that article has been questioned. Actually, the article does not cite independent sources, so it is in fact not clear whether the topic meets Wikipedia's guidelines. But since the Gathering of Nations article is quite short as well, Electric 49 could easily be included there, and serve to expand that article.

Please add your comments below. Proposed as part of the Notability wikiproject. --B. Wolterding 18:54, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Where GoN has been held throughout the years

[edit]

I have been able to trace its UNM Pit location back to 1990, but if anyone can help trace it further than that, I'd be grateful. I am also trying to track down which year it moved over the fair grounds. LesserGoldfinch (talk) 20:49, 12 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Stage 49 vs Electric 49

[edit]

I'd love to hear some opinions about Stage 49 and Electric 49. I found a reference to a venue within the Gathering of Nations, called Stage 49, but there was an existing section called Electric 49, which was a music festival, not venue. I'm not sure how much each of these warrant their own section. Perhaps we unite them under one Music heading? LesserGoldfinch (talk) 22:18, 12 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Folks, I changed the rating after adding several sections, citations to reliable sources, and associated content. LesserGoldfinch (talk) 21:28, 17 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
