[edit]Having done some checks, the gang does indeed exist, having been involved in people-trading crimes. So far no content here to speak of, though it deserves it.

- Four Seas Gang is also known as Four Seas Mafia or FSM and is identified with the number 45 and a black rag. Some members consider themselves a business mafia. Most members are young men but there have been instances in which young females have also joined. There are prominent in Southern California, especially in the San Gabriel Valley -- Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, Rosemead &etc.
